1. Scope and contact
PBJ Studios LLC provides this notice for PBJStudios.com. Contact info@pbjstudios.com with privacy questions or requests. Showcase pages for PBJ Cash, PBJ Lyfe and other projects do not make this a complete notice for those separate services.
This notice describes verified website features and current service-handling policies. A complete provider logging, retention and tracking inventory is still being verified. We do not claim that every cookie is essential, that no third-party tracking occurs, or that a complete worldwide privacy-compliance review has been finished.
2. Information you provide
Contact forms receive your name, email, subject and message to route and answer your request. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, passwords and card numbers.
Supabase handles account email/password authentication and recovery. The account profile includes a user identifier, email and role; optional existing name information may appear in the account interface.
A service or negotiation request can include contact details, the selected beat/service, offer amount, instructions and material you choose to provide. Where an order is enabled, records can include product, amount, status, payment identifiers and agreement version. Unavailable checkout or signup features should not be treated as operational merely because a form is displayed.
3. Browser storage and technical information
The site uses authentication cookies and a randomly generated guest-cart identifier in local storage named pbj_cart_session_id. The inspected client code does not set an expiry for that local-storage entry. Clearing browser storage can remove the browser’s cart connection or sign-in state; it does not necessarily delete server records.
The contact and signup source uses a short-lived IP-based counter to reduce repeated submissions. Vercel serves the website. Hosting and authentication requests necessarily connect your browser to those providers. Exact production log categories, provider retention, authentication-cookie lifetimes and the full tracking inventory remain under verification.
Beat-offer retry protection uses session storage with the prefix pbj-beat-offer: and a hash of the normalized offer. The stored value is an opaque request identifier and timestamp, used to avoid duplicate requests after reopening or reloading the form. It lasts for the browser tab session; the same retry identity is reused for no more than 23 hours. The hash is not a promise of anonymous data.
4. Use and service providers
Information is used to answer requested communications, administer accounts and available orders, and support delivery and abuse prevention. Contact messages are routed through Resend to the PBJ inbox. Supabase supports authentication and database functions; Vercel hosts the site. Where Stripe-hosted checkout is used, payment details are entered into Stripe’s checkout and transaction identifiers/status support order reconciliation. Do not email card details.

Their own notices describe their applicable processing; those notices do not replace PBJ’s responsibility for its customer data. Provider-role and settings verification remains open.
5. Creative services, AI and publication
Joseph Leslie Leon personally performs paid mixing/mastering and other creative services. Cover art is the sole creative AI exception; administrative order handling may be automated. Customer content is not authorized for AI-based mixing/mastering, model training or public posting merely because it is provided to PBJ. Before a cover-art provider receives private customer inputs, the actual input use and any required permission must be addressed.
Public Song Reviews use excerpts only under a lawful rights basis. Private service intake does not authorize public posting. Distribution, promotion and other public use must stay within the specific service permission and applicable law.
6. Email choices
For marketing-choice help or a request to stop PBJ marketing, contact info@pbjstudios.com. Necessary messages about an account or order you requested are separate from marketing.
The project-update confirmation/unsubscribe system is still being verified end to end. The source unsubscribe action changes a selected subscription status rather than deleting all records; it is not proof of global suppression or a working production signup. We do not promise that unsubscribing deletes transaction or suppression records.
7. Retention
Client service deliverables are retained for 30 days after sending and may then be deleted. Original vocal uploads may be retained up to 30 days after final mixed delivery, with no guarantee of retention afterward. This is not a promise of automatic day-30 deletion or permanent erasure from every backup. Purchased-beat access is separate.
Other account, order, agreement, correspondence, suppression, security and provider-record retention periods are still being verified by category. Deleting an account does not necessarily erase separate payment, contract or provider records. Ask info@pbjstudios.com about a specific record or deletion request; no unverified universal deletion deadline is promised.
8. Requests and security
Contact info@pbjstudios.com for access, correction or deletion requests and questions about applicable privacy rights. Identify the interaction or account without sending passwords, card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. Any verification should be proportionate to the request. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; this notice does not waive them.
No online system is guaranteed completely secure. Provider access, deletion propagation, incident handling and request procedures require continued operational verification. Exact handling of Do Not Track and legally applicable opt-out signals is also under verification; these signals are not treated as interchangeable.
9. Age and outside content
Purchases, services, memberships and JOAT enrollment are restricted to adults 18 and older. That rule does not prevent all younger people from viewing public pages. Contact info@pbjstudios.com if a child supplied information in circumstances the service does not permit.
Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other services open their environments. Artist pages can conditionally load a YouTube privacy-enhanced player when an upload is available. Such a player still connects to a third party; privacy-enhanced branding does not mean no information is sent.
10. Updates
This notice will be updated as verified practices change. Material new uses remain subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law. Publication of this notice does not authorize unrelated uses of private customer content.
